Guangzhou Jieting Leather Factory has been a leading professional manufacturer of all kinds of ladies' bags for 18 years. Our bag factory was audited by SGS and ISO 9001. We mainly make leather bags, PU bags, sports bags, beach bags, cosmetic bags, evening bags, wallets, purses, and belts.

Monthly Output of 100,000 Pcs
We have 200 high-skilled workers. Our vertically integrated facility (from cutting to assembly) enables a 15-day standard lead time and rush order capacity of 100,000 units/month so that we can meet the e-commerce request. Our MOQ can also be flexible. We offer OEM/ODM services.

Materials Meet REACH and California Prop 65 Standards
All of our materials can pass European and USA testing standards, like Reach and California Prop 65. We also use recycled, eco-friendly materials for our product. Our leather supplier passed the Gold LWG certification.

We can make products according to photos, drawings, tech packs, and samples. We also have 3 designers. We always keep up with fashion trend updates and provide new designs of over 300 styles per month.

Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
Our Quality Department ensures that our handbags meet specifications, standards, and customer expectations. 2 staff members inspect all incoming raw materials (including leather, fabric, and hardware) upon arrival to eliminate substandard inputs. 5 staff members monitor all production stages (cutting, sewing, and assembly) through first-piece inspections and patrol checks, aiming to identify and address defects at an early stage.
Quality Control Procedures
Our quality management process would prevent defects from the raw material to the shipment. Below are the step-by-step instructions for controlling the quality: 1. IQC: Inspect incoming materials. 2. IPQC: Monitor production (first-piece & patrol checks). 3. FQC: Inspect finished bags (appearance, function, dimensions). 4. OQC: Verify final packed shipment. 5. QA: Manage system, standards, training, audits, complaints, and improvement. We will have a meeting about the quality issue and the control training every week.
